Lean meats and fish are some of those kinds of foods, which makes the transition to a low-fat diet plan particularly difficult. Most health experts recommend that a person avoid eating meats until they have been on a low-fat diet for at least a month. Once you have been on the schedule for a few months, you can slowly add lean meats and fish to your diet without increasing your overall calorie intake.
